Makgeolli Master

Peter Chung is Ekaloka’s fermentor of all things Korean. He brews Ekaloka’s makgeolli line - a traditional rice wine; sikhye - a non-alcoholic, enzymatic digestif; and teaches kimchi workshops. Peter has experience with dozens of different ferments and kimchis and is excited to bring locally-brewed makgeolli to the midwest.

Raghu came to Ekaloka as a mentor, guiding the project to fruition. He advises in strategic planning, evaluating and purchasing equipment and machinery, financial planning, market analysis and product positioning, and discussing risk remediation plans.
